1. Acceptance

By accessing appcypresscore.click or engaging Appcypresscore Mining Review Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for assessment services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Description

We provide independent assessments of rack-ready mining equipment for dense equipment rooms, including Rack Deployment Reviews, Thermal & Airflow Audits, and Power Circuit Mapping. Service scope is defined in individual quotes and assessment agreements.

3. Informational Content

Blog posts, field notes, and the equipment room guide are published for general reference. They do not constitute a contractual assessment or guarantee of deployment success for your specific room.

4. Quotes and Engagement

Assessment fees are quoted in Korean won unless otherwise stated. A 50% deposit is required to schedule on-site visits. Remaining balance is due upon report delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Website content, report templates, diagrams, and written deliverables remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a licence to use delivered reports for their own operational and electrical planning purposes. Redistribution or resale of reports requires written permission.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate room dimensions, electrical schedules, and hardware specifications. Safe access to equipment rooms must be arranged. We are not liable for delays caused by inaccessible sites or incomplete information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our assessments are advisory. We do not install hardware, perform electrical work, or operate mining equipment on your behalf. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost mining revenue, hardware damage, or business interruption.

8. Third-Party Services

References to manufacturers, electricians, or co-location providers are informational. We do not warrant third-party products or workmanship.

9. Website Use

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt website functionality. Automated submission of contact forms is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul, South Korea.

11. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
