Rack Deployment Review
Full pre-installation review of rack-ready miners at 0.05 TH/s and above, including rail fitment, thermal spacing, and breaker mapping for dense equipment rooms.
Who This Is For
Operators planning a new miner row in a basement equipment room, corridor cabinet, or co-location bay where space is measured in rack units rather than open floor. If you are ordering units rated at 0.05 terahash per second or higher and intend to mount them in standard 19-inch rails, this review catches fitment and power issues before hardware arrives.
What You Receive
A written report delivered within five business days of the site visit, including:
- Rail depth and ear clearance measurements for each proposed model
- Shelf spacing diagram with intake and exhaust paths marked
- Sustained and inrush power draw per unit, mapped to your panel schedule
- Thermal risk notes for stacked configurations in your room
- Pass/fail recommendation for rack-ready deployment with listed exceptions
Scope and Exclusions
Included: One equipment room up to 42U of planned miner capacity, up to three miner models for comparison, photography of existing cable paths, and a follow-up email Q&A within seven days of report delivery.
Excluded: Electrical rewiring, miner procurement, firmware configuration, pool setup, and ongoing monitoring. We assess readiness; your electrician and operator handle installation.
Process
- Intake call — You share room dimensions, breaker capacity, and planned miner SKUs.
- Site visit — An assessor visits your Songpa or metro-Seoul location with measurement tools and thermal sensors.
- Load bench — If sample units are available, we log draw under sustained operation.
- Report delivery — PDF report with diagrams and a deployment recommendation.
- Follow-up — One round of clarification questions answered by email.
Timeline
Most engagements complete within ten business days from signed quote to final report. Rush scheduling within three business days is available at an additional fee listed on our rates page.
Preparation
Clear access to the equipment room, a copy of your electrical panel schedule, and manufacturer spec sheets for planned miners. If units are already on site, leave one shelf accessible for measurement.
Next Step
Submit a brief through our contact form with room size, location, and planned hash rates. We reply with a scoped quote within two business days.
