Refund Policy

Overview

Appcypresscore Mining Review provides professional assessment services, not physical products. This policy explains when fees may be refunded, how cancellations work, and what happens when work has already started.

Deposit and Scheduling

A 50% deposit is required to confirm on-site visit dates. The remaining balance is due upon report delivery unless otherwise stated in your quote.

Full Refund Eligibility

You may receive a full refund of amounts paid if:

• We cancel the engagement due to assessor unavailability and cannot reschedule within 14 days
• You cancel at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled site visit and no desk research has begun

Partial Refund

If you cancel between 3 and 6 calendar days before a scheduled site visit, we retain 30% of the deposit to cover scheduling and preparation time. The remainder is refunded within 14 business days.

If desk research or report drafting has begun at your request before cancellation, fees for completed work are non-refundable and deducted from any refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable once incurred:

• On-site visits completed or partially completed
• Reports delivered in final or draft form
• Travel fees for assessors already en route or on site
• Rush scheduling surcharges after work begins
• Third-party costs prepaid on your behalf (permits, access fees)

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours before the site visit. Additional reschedules incur a ₩75,000 administrative fee. Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation under the partial refund rules above.

No-Shows

If our assessor arrives at the agreed site and cannot access the equipment room due to client no-show or lack of prepared access, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.

Dissatisfaction With Deliverables

If you believe a delivered report does not match the agreed scope, contact info@appcypresscore.click within 7 business days of delivery. We will review against the signed quote. Valid scope gaps are corrected at no charge. Refunds are considered only if scope corrections cannot remedy a material failure to deliver agreed assessment elements.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (bank transfer to the source account). Processing time is 14 business days from approval.

Cancellation by Client After Work Starts

Once on-site measurement or report authoring begins, the engagement fee is earned. Cancellation at this stage does not qualify for refund except where required by applicable Korean consumer protection law for eligible transactions.

Materials Purchased on Client Behalf

We generally do not purchase hardware or materials for clients. If a specific engagement includes prepaid materials, unused materials in original condition may be refunded minus handling costs; opened or installed materials are non-refundable.
